I'm looking for a really quality guitar that will last me for years, and something that's both versatile and built well. Tone wise, it's subtle differences but I'd give the edge to the Nash with the Lollars but not a game changing difference, to me anyway. Overall playability sort of a toss up, I like the vintage 3 saddle bridge on the Nash, but the Am Standard feels good as well being a strat player for a long time. On the other hand it's a bit cheaper than the Fender standards I've been looking at. I've read mixed reviews of the Nash Teles which some have said are basically fancy partscasters and I can't say I'm a huge fan of the fake relic look. Looking at getting a new Tele and having trouble deciding between a used Nash Tele and a Fender Am Standard.
